Refund policy

At Aura Shop, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch and pack it securely so it reaches you in perfect condition. Your experience matters to us, and we want you to feel confident every time you shop with us.

However, in the rare case that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re here to help.

 


 

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following situations:

  • The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

  • You received a wrong item

To initiate a return, please email us at support@aurabloom.shop within 3 days of receiving your order and share:

  • Clear photos and videos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order ID

📌 Most cases do not require sending the product back. If the evidence is clear, we process a refund or replacement without a return.

 


 

2. Verification & Approval

Once we receive your email and proof:

  • Our team will review the issue within 24–48 hours

  • If your request is approved, we will either arrange a replacement or issue a refund. A refund will only be provided if we are unable to arrange a replacement.

  • You will be informed of every step via email

 


 

3. Conditions for Return (If Required)

In rare cases where a physical return is needed:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared by our team

  • For returns due to damage/defect, Aura Shop covers return costs

  • For all other reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

 


 

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage after delivery

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or size (due to lighting or screen settings)

  • Personal care items

These variations are natural and do not qualify as defects.

 


 

5. Refunds

Once your refund is approved:

  • Processing is initiated within 2–3 business days

  • Refund may take 3–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds are issued only:

  • After verification of the reported issue

  • To the original payment method used at checkout

 


 

6. Order Cancellations

Since orders are processed quickly:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

 


 

7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Aura Shop is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable customer

  • Customer refusal to accept the package

If the package returns to us, reshipping charges may apply.
